I made a little motivational poster out of today’s ‘Optimism’ strip, click the image to grab a bigger version which you can use as a desktop or whatever, if you fancy it.

Well technically it’s my birthday, but why not make it Whubble’s as well, and use it as an excuse to post a new strip up. Happy birthday Whubble!
Woo, so, it’s been a year since any new Whubble strips. Really sorry about that, hope this might help in some small way. It was weird to draw – clearly my style has changed a little bit since I did the last ones. I draw Whubbles quite large, bigger than they need to be, because I like how my linework gets thinner when it’s shrunk down. This one I drew just the same size as previously, but my line still looks thicker and looser to me. I don’t mind it, it’s natural to change a bit over time (and I’ve become far more used to inking in the bolder style of my other, more adult, office webcomic Corporate Skull), but I wonder if it looks inconsistent.
Anyway, before I deconstruct everything I’m doing, I’ll leave it. I would still like to return to drawing Whubbles regularly, I just need to find some time, and it’s in short supply these days. But sometime yes :)

Aww, i miss writing Whubble-related blogs. I’d been a bit worried of late, the Whubble that went up last week was the last of the batch I’d produced so I was long overdue to start some more. I tend to draw them in batches rather than weekly, so I won’t (hopefully) have to miss a week along the way. Well anyway I’ve only just finished this new batch, the day before the next one goes up, but the good news is there’s a good 16 new strips done which is what, about four months worth?

Well then HERE WE GO. Whubbe Wheek begins a week on monday, and I’ll be updating a brand new Whubble strip every day for 7 days. After that, who knows? I’d like to start maintaining a weekly update where possible, but I’ll have to see how kind time is.

Whelcome to Whubble. Whether you’re a whegular wheader (okay lets stop that now) to the Whubble comics or you’ve only just discovered the archive (there’s loads of strips to read!), i’d just like to say WELCOME!

The old Whubble website was falling to bits, lets be honest. The comments system broke apart and it was hard to link to any of the strips because their ranking kept changing. Despite that, whubble.net scored well over HALF A MILLION hits in the time it was online, and poor Whubble himself won a loyal and quite lovely following. Since his stories went on hiatus, I’ve been trying to find the time to draw some more, and finally I think I’m gonna get some done. So it’s with great pleasure I can say new Whubble strips will be starting very soon!

In the meantime, say hi! If you find anything wrong with this site, or just want to say howdy, please do! And thank you everyone for your Whubble support this far, it’s the reason I’m drawing new ones.
